User: Any adult browsing and/or using the Sites
Smartlet: The company marketing the Products and their sole owner
Product/Products: Modular watch straps allowing the simultaneous wearing of a traditional mechanical watch and a smartwatch, as well as any related watch accessories.
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Use define the rules for accessing and using the Sites.
Browsing on the Sites implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and of the Terms of Sales.
Otherwise, the User must stop browsing the Sites.
Article 2 – Access to the Sites
The Sites are freely accessible to any User with an Internet connection.
Internet connection costs are the sole responsibility of the User.
The User declares that they have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence. Otherwise, they must immediately stop browsing and refrain from using the Sites and their services.
Smartlet declines any responsibility arising from the User’s use of the Sites and shall not be held liable for such use, which the User expressly acknowledges and accepts.
Article 3 – Hosting and Publishing of the Websites
The website www.smartlet.io is published by the company IKIGAÏ, holder of the Smartlet brand. It is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel.
The Online Store shop.smartlet.io is hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada.
Article 4 – Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses
All content (including but not limited to texts, images, videos, logos, designs, trademarks, and other elements protected by intellectual property rights) is the exclusive property of Smartlet and protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction of one or more of these elements without Smartlet’s authorization is strictly prohibited.
The Products are patented, and Smartlet is the patent holder. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to reproduce, distribute, market, or otherwise exploit the Products, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without Smartlet’s prior and express written authorization.
The following uses are also strictly prohibited:

Article 5 – Personal Data
Data collected via the Sites are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the GDPR, any individual has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, to object to processing on legitimate grounds, and to request limitation or portability of data where applicable, by emailing hello@smartlet.io.
User data may be processed in particular in connection with orders placed on the Online Store.
The User can accept, refuse, or configure the use of cookies at any time via the banner displayed upon their first visit or through the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Article 6 – Modifications
Smartlet reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the time of browsing and/or at the time of purchase (payment).
Article 7 – Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution or mediation, any disagreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
